The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development is pleased to announce that starting from January 2020, the Abu Dhabi Local Content Program came into effect for procurement across all government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The ICV certificate V.3 is required to be submitted for all government tenders with 40% weight given to the local content from the overall score allocated to the financial evaluation.
