Rental Rebate is an initiative dedicated to assist business owners with their rental contracts by providing a 20% refund on their rental expenses. The initiative is targeting restaurants, entertainment, and tourism sectors (except hotels).

The 20% Rental Rebate Initiative is for the following Tawtheeq rental contracts:

1) Entities possessing an Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development license established starting from 01/January/2019 with new (Tawtheeq) rental contracts signed between the period of 01/10/2019 & 31/03/2020.
2) Rental Contracts renewed between 01/04/2020 and 30/09/2020, upon their renewal.
