Abu Dhabi’s manufacturing sector needs to optimize a set of shift factors in a balanced manner, which includes: Process – Technology and organization

The Enablers (Eco-system):

- Funding : Funding options.

- Regulations : Increasing the awareness of the need for Industry 4.0 adoption.

- Infrastructure: Enabling an efficient digital infrastructure and a smart manufacturing ecosystem.

- Skills and Talents: Upskilling the existing human resources and producing future talents.

Land Rebate Incentive Program

The Land Rebate Incentive Program is one of Abu Dhabi Industrial Strategy initiatives that seeks to provide an attractive and sustainable eco-system to the industrial investors through low rent rates and long-term contracts for new industrial investments that are eligible to register in this program. The program aims to promote Abu Dhabi as a favourable destination for industrial investments in the region.

Financial Ecosystem Program

As part of the Emirate’s approach to diversify the economy and in line with the 2030 UAE economic vision, the Industrial Development Bureau developed the Financial Ecosystem Program to facilitate local companies with the required monetary support which will enhance the funding ecosystem. Receiving a wide variety of loan offers from Abu Dhabi’s most prominent banks is now a few clicks away supported by our easy to fill application form and procedures.

Abu Dhabi Local Content Program

The Abu Dhabi Local Content Program (ADLC) aims to direct government spending towards the development of local content in all its components at the local economy level for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi,

Energy Tariff Incentive Program 2.0 (ETIP)

The Energy Tariff Incentive Program 2.0 (ETIP) is an expansion of the Electric Tariff Incentive Program 1.0 (ETIP) to cover gas tariff in addition to Electricity Tariff for the industrial sector based on the eligibility criteria that includes economic impact, spending on logistics and the demand side management efficiency along with the energy management efficiency in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
